Whole wheat spaghetti with salmon and tomato

On my new health quest I am trying whole wheat pasta. And I am pleased to report that it was surprisingly good, the only palpable difference was the slightly firmer texture.

80g Wholewheat spaghetti
1 Salmon fillet
3 Mushrooms
Handful of cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp Tomato purée
4 Tbsp Milk
Salt and pepper

1) Boil the pasta

2) Dry fry the salmon fillet, sear it on both sides and remove the skin. Then flake the fish

3) Chop the mushrooms and add them to the salmon. Stir

4) Season with salt and pepper. Allow it to cook for a few minutes

5) Add whole cherry tomatoes and tomato purée and stir in

6) After 1 minute add the milk a little at a time and combine with the purée

7) Add the pasta and immerse in sauce

8) Serve and garnish with rocket leaves

For an alternative idea, you could also add garlic with the mushrooms and basil at the end unsteady of rocket. Either would be delicious.
